Papers deal chiefly with land transactions, financial matters, improvements to "Edgewood," Samuel Cabell at the College of William and Mary, medical advice from Dr. George Cabell, and business matters including the manufacture and procurement of equipment, workers and overseers, crops, and Cabell's flour mill.
